1. Once you download the Earthcomm Dialer double-click it to run it.
2. Click OK.




3. The Select Dialup Number window will come up, and will default to the your State and Area Code.
4. Choose your City and then choose an Access Number.




5. Click OK.




6. Enter in all the required information. Full Name, Username, Password, E-mail address. You can also choose to use 10 digit dialing, or disable call waiting by selecting the options. After you fill out all the information click OK.




7. A pop-up window may come up asking you if you want to keep your old e-mail accounts, click Yes.
8. A small box will come up in the upper right corner of the screen with a lists of process. Wait for it to finish.




9. A pop-up box will come up explaining that Earthcomm is now setup, and what to do next. Click OK.
10. You should now see an icon on your Desktop called Earthcomm Dialer. Double-click it and click Connect to connect to the Internet.
