Disappearance of Tennessee Model Called Suspicious

Detectives are calling the disappearance of a 29-year-old former Tennessee model who didn’t show up to work suspicious after finding pools of blood in her home and signs of forced entry.

Co-workers of Lisa Renee Davis called police Sunday when she didn’t show up to her job at the Bumpus Harley Davidson motorcycle dealership, Bartlett Police said in a news release.

When investigators arrived at the Bartlett, Tenn., residence Davis owned with her ex-fiance at about 12:30 p.m., they saw blood near the front door and signs that someone had broken in. The woman’s keys and purse were discovered inside.

Davis was last seen the previous evening when friends dropped her off at about 2 a.m. after a night out.

“Right now, we have no persons of interest or suspects,” Bartlett Police Lt. Rory Mack told FOXNews.com.

Her former fiance is a Shelby County Sheriff’s deputy. Mack said the couple had been separated for two to three weeks but owned the house together. He said the man has been questioned in the case and had been living at another apartment since the breakup.

Bartlett K-9 units combed the area Sunday night and removed several pieces of evidence from the house during another search Monday.

Davis is described as 5’2″ tall with blonde hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with any information is asked to call Bartlett Police at (901) 385-5550.
