1. What is the Earthcomm Refer-A-Friend program?
Under the Earthcomm Refer-A-Friend program, Referring Earthcomm Members may earn $8.95 for each person they refer to become a New Earthcomm Member.
In order to qualify, a New Member must enter the Earthcomm Referring Member's Earthcomm email address in the field designated for referrals during the
registration process of any qualifying service plan. The New Member must then pay for the Earthcomm service following registration.
2. How much do I earn for referring a friend as part of the Refer-A-Friend program?
A Referring Member will earn $8.95 credit for each New Member they refer who satisfies all of the program requirements.
3. What are the conditions that a New Member must meet so that I can earn a $8.95 referral credit?
A qualifying "New Member" is a new subscriber who:
- Registers for a qualifying Earthcomm service.
- Provides the Earthcomm email address of one Referring Member during the registration process.
- Pays for service using a valid credit card or by check.
- A New Member cannot be a current or former subscriber to any Earthcomm service.
4. Where should my friend enter my email address, indicating that I referred them to Earthcomm?
Your friend should enter your Earthcomm email address (an email address with username@earth-comm.com as the mail domain) in the box designated for
referrals during the registration process. This box is designated by, "Did a Earthcomm member recommend our service? If so, click here."
If a referral box or other referral method is not provided during the registration process, then the particular service or version of the service
is not a qualified plan under the Refer-a-Friend program.
No referrals, corrections or updates may be provided after registration is completed.
5. When and how will I receive my $8.95 referral credit?
Once a New Member you referred has satisfied all of the program requirements, Earthcomm will credit you approximately 30 days after any referral
credit are earned.
No Payments will be sent out as cash - credit only!
6. Is there a limit to the number of New Members I can refer?
No. Currently there is no limit to the number of New Members you may refer to Earthcomm. As long as the New Member you refer meets all the program
requirements you will earn the $8.95 referral credit.
7. How do I know how many people I have referred to the Earthcomm service?
Referring Members who pay for their Earthcomm service may check the status of New Members referred at members logon.
